The accommodation is a luxury one bedroom apartment located within the prestigious Djenovići Springs development which has been designed and built by our partner company Bowen Goss. These apartments are situated 5 minutes' walk from the beautiful Bay of Kotor with its beaches, shops, restaurants and cafés all within easy walking distance. The apartment is located on the second floor and offers spectacular views over the bay and the mountains. Its floor area is 66 sq. m. and it is able to comfortably accommodate up to four adults. It is fully air conditioned, heated and double glazed throughout.
The apartment enjoys a corner location with a balcony on two sides to enable guests to make the most of the sunshine throughout the day. It has a table and chairs for al fresco dining or for simply enjoying a drink and admiring the views.
 
The apartments are set in attractive landscaped gardens with a 1.5 m deep swimming pool (available from April to October) and sun terrace. There is also a patio and barbecue area, and there is plenty of car parking available in the grounds.
The stylish, fully-fitted kitchen includes electric fan oven, halogen hob, extractor hood, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, as well as plenty of work surface and storage space. It is fully provided with everything you would want to prepare meals for four people. There is a washing machine situated in the bathroom, as well as an iron.
The lounge area includes a large corner sofa which opens into a double bed. There is satellite television with surround sound and a DVD player. There is WiFi throughout the apartment, as well as by the pool. Whilst relaxing on the sofa there are wonderful views across the bay to the mountains beyond.
There is an elegant dining area with patio doors opening onto the balcony and views overlooking the bay. The bedroom has a double bed and includes plenty of wardrobe space. It opens out onto the balcony and has views over the mountains and forests.
The development has an English-speaking manager living on site to ensure that your stay is enjoyable and trouble free. The apartments are just 200 metres from a 24-hour supermarket and 5 minutes' drive from a large cash-and-carry. They are 10 minutes' drive from the medieval town of Herceg Novi with its famous fortresses, plazas and gardens, as well as its fine restaurants and cafés.

Directions to the Apartment

 

From Dubrovnik (Ćilipi) Airport travel along the E65 across the border from Croatia into Montenegro towards Herceg Novi. Having passed the outskirts of Herceg Novi, continue on the E65, over the roundabout, and travel through a short tunnel. Keep on going past a turning on the right to the village of Kumbor. You then reach another turning on the right to the village of Djenovići (do not take this as it goes down to the seafront). Keep going along the E65 a few hundred metres until you reach the sign for Djenovići. The apartment is immediately on the left, just on the bend, up a short drive. There is a large Djenovići Springs sign on the wall above the road. There is plenty of parking or room for a taxi to drop you off and turn round. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes (although it can be somewhat longer if the border crossing is busy).

 

From Tivat Airport take the E65/E80 to Lepetani and take the ferry across the Bay of Kotor to Kamenari (currently 4.00 for a regular-sized car) and continue along the E65 towards Herceg Novi. Keep going past a turning on the left to Baošići, you then reach another turning on the left to the village of Djenovići (do not take this as it goes down to the seafront). Keep going along the E65 a few hundred metres and the apartment is reached by taking a sharp turn on the right, just on the bend, up a short drive. It is immediately before you reach the sign saying that you are leaving Djenovići. There is a large Djenovići Springs sign on the wall above the road. There is plenty of parking or room for a taxi to drop you off and turn round. The journey, including the ferry crossing, takes approximately 45 minutes.
